When the adhesive layer flows and penetrates into the recesses and voids under a certain pressure, the contact area between the adhesive and the adhered material is increased, and a mechanical adhesive force is then generated between the adhesive and the adhered material, and the PE protective film pair can be promoted. Sticky materials play an effective protective role.
The other is the surface treatment of the PE protective film substrate film, one of which is corona treatment in order to form polar reactive groups and form extremely fine pits. Another is coating, which is to evenly coat the liquid glue on the substrate film and dry it.
In the protective film industry, viscosity is one of the main factors affecting its use. The PE protective film is also the same. The viscosity of the maintenance film is determined by the ratio of the raw material glue and the amount of glue applied. At present, the viscosity of PE protective film is mainly determined by the thickness of the silicone. Due to the high thickness, the viscosity of the protective film is relatively improved.
