Dec 31, 2021

With the continuous development of society, people's requirements for the quality of their lives are constantly improving, and various new things are constantly appearing. PE protective film is such a seemingly ordinary but for us Life also brings great convenience.

1. Introduction to the advantages of PE protective film

PE protective film can protect the product from the pollution, corrosion and protection of the original smooth and bright surface during production, transportation, storage and use, thereby improving product quality and market competitiveness. PE protective film is a polymer organic compound with a simple structure, currently widely used in polyethylene protective film, medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene.

The protective film of PE material is divided into ordinary flat film, electrostatic film, mesh film, composite film and so on.

Reticulum: a protective film with a reticulated surface. It is characterized by good air permeability, beautiful sticking effect, and no bubbles will be left on the surface of the sticking product.

Electrostatic film: It is a kind of protective film with no glue at all with the electrostatic adsorption force as the adhesion force. The viscosity is relatively weak. It is mainly used for surface protection, such as electric transfer.

Composite film: There are many kinds of composite film, which are interpreted in the traditional sense as two or more single-layer materials combined into a visual film by gluing or hot pressing. The reason for using composite membranes is to make up for the advantages and disadvantages of various materials and to use them in combination.

2. Industrial use of PE protective film

(1) Hardware industry: computer case, galvanized sheet stamping, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, titanium sheet, plastic steel sheet, glass sheet, solar panel, etc.

(2) Optoelectronics industry: LCD liquid crystal display, backlight board, cold light film, membrane switch, mobile phone screen and so on.

(3) Plastic industry: ABS, PP injection products, PVC sheets, acrylic panels, instruments, plastic lenses, surface protection of painted parts, etc.

(4) Printing industry: surface protection of printed nameplates such as PVC, PC board, aluminum board, film, etc.

(5) Wire and cable industry: the protection of shaft-mounted copper wires, semi-finished products, finished products, and rolled finished products can effectively prevent dust pollution, and have anti-oxidation and anti-dirt effects.
