Production process of PE tape protective film:
The first step is to corona the surface of the prepared PET film;
The second step is to apply glue on the corona surface of the PET film through a coating machine, and send the glue-coated PET film into the oven;
The third step is to roll the PET film out of the oven directly into a mother roll;
The fourth step is to send the rolled mother roll to the curing room for curing after encoding;
In the fifth step, the matured mother roll is fed into the multi-axis laminating machine according to the first-in-first-out principle for multi-layer lamination. During lamination, the PET film is first laid flat and attached to the mother roll without bubbles. Then another PET film is bonded to the PET film without bubbles, and the bonding is repeated in this way. ​​
