After the film is re-made, its heat sealing performance is greatly reduced. , the heat sealing temperature is generally increased by 5-10 ℃. Experiments have shown that when the addition amount of recycled material for the heat sealing layer is 30%, the heat sealing temperature of the PE film increases by 3-5 ℃, and when the addition amount is 50%, the heat sealing temperature increases by 6 -10°C, film manufacturers are generally required not to add recycled materials in the heat sealing layer.
There are many problems encountered in the process of dry recovery, but the reasons for the formation of the same problem are often multi-faceted.
