Then, the consumables and the material of the glass film are calculated to reduce the amount of consumables as much as possible because of the roll of the glass door protection film. There are certain specifications, and if it is not standardized, the amount of consumables will increase. When cutting the film, it should be noted that the scale can not be inclined, the side of the eye is not allowed, the ruler shall prevail, and the edge of the film should be kept flat.

The glass must be cleaned before the film is applied, and other windows should be closed as much as possible to prevent the washed glass from dusting. According to the actual situation, clean several times to avoid dust and sand, tear off the protective layer of the glass door protective film, spray water on the film and glass, after positioning the glass door protective film on the glass, use the corresponding tools to drive out the excess water. And the air bubbles, use the utility knife to cut out the edge of the film.

When taking the glass on the film, be sure to pay attention to not dusting or sticking the clothes fiber. Use the action of the lubricating liquid to position the film in the glass, and pay attention to the light leakage from top to bottom. Make sure that there is no light leakage and then spray water on the surface of the membrane. Then take the water to scrape the water out of the membrane. The strength should be controlled. First, scrape from the upper middle to the sides, then squeeze from top to bottom. The water in the middle of the film is scraped out.

Make sure that there is no air bubbles and moisture in the middle of the glass door protection film, and then check the edge of the film. Finally, check if there are bubbles, water, sand or embossed edges. Finally check the tools to help the customer clean the construction site.
