PE protective film is prone to pollution problems
Nov 14, 2022
PE membrane is generally not polluted in the production process, but one of the pollutions is easily overlooked, that is the pollution of dyne solution.
Many PE film manufacturers use self-made dyne solution to test the surface tension of the film. Dyne liquid is generally a mixture of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, which is a colorless and transparent liquid. If it is accidentally contaminated with the guide roller, the film will be polluted when it passes through the guide roller due to its slow volatilization speed. , Dyne liquid invades the surface of PE film and is closely combined with PE molecules. After compounding, it is not cross-linked with adhesive molecules, resulting in zero local compounding strength. This situation is extremely difficult to detect in ex ante testing.
