Reasons for shadows on metal protective films

With the rapid development of smart products, the popularity of smart products such as smart phones and smart TVs, and the rapid development of the decoration industry, especially the protective film industry. However, when the protective film is applied, the protective film will appear shadowy in many cases.
What are the reasons for the shadow of the protective film?
1) The longer the time, the greater the possibility of formation The longer the time passes, the greater the contact surface between ordinary small bubbles and air, and the higher the possibility of forming shadows. Therefore, when applying the film, try to avoid the generation of small air bubbles, and use a protective film with good quality and uniform glue, which can delay the appearance of shadows.
2) After the emulsifier migrates, there will be shadows, and the surfactant will act as an external plasticizer in the coating film, making the coating film soft and elastic. It is advantageous if the plasticizer is uniformly distributed during application. However, due to the surface activity of the surfactant, the molecules will migrate out of the bulk phase, concentrate on the surface, and tend to be concentrated at the air interface, thus forming a shadow.
3) When the temperature protective film is at a temperature of 80 °C, it is propped up due to the bubbles, that is to say, the protective film has begun to be slowly torn at high temperature. If the protective film adhesive has heat resistance or cohesion If it is not good, it is easy to have residual glue or shadows around the protective film bubbles. Generally, the place where the shadows appear is where the protective film bubbles are formed.
