The protective film production process determines the quality. There are many methods for forming PE protective film, among which the three processes of casting, extrusion and blow molding are more common. The production process can be subdivided into film blowing, coating, printing, testing, rewinding, slitting, and packaging. The process in each process is different, and each process is indispensable.
Blown film:
Blown film is a film made by melting plastic in an extruder, extruding it into a film tube through an annular die, and blowing it into a film by compressed air to cool and shape it.
Coating:
It is necessary to make glue according to the specifications and models of the PE protective film and applicable products, and then hand over to a professional coating machine to evenly coat the adhesive on the substrate.
print:
In the gravure printing machine, the printing plate is soaked in the ink tank, the non-engraved part is removed by the doctor blade and the ink is transferred to the printing substrate under the action of the embossing rubber roller.
Detection:
PE protective film will have professional quality inspectors to carry out product quality inspection during the production process of batching, film blowing, printing and coating.
Rewind:
Semi-finished products and finished products are rewinded on the inspection machine. If the error in the shape, size and color of the pattern fed back by the sensor and the standard sample input into the computer exceeds a certain range, the inspection machine will automatically stop to detect it. The inspection process can reduce waste in subsequent processes and improve product quality.
Divide:
The slitting process is the process of dividing large-format film rolls into required specifications. Now, with the application of automatic packaging equipment becoming more and more widely used, more and more film rolls are shipped from the factory.
Package:
The finished PE protective film products that have been tested and cut are delivered to the packaging machine for professional packaging.
