The PE protective film sample is folded into a finished product and placed in a high and low temperature test box with room temperature. The temperature in the test box gradually rises to the set temperature, and when the temperature is adjusted to the set parameters, the test continues for 48H.
The sample is disconnected from the power supply, and the temperature in the box is reduced to normal temperature and pressure within the range of normal test atmospheric conditions. Recover for two hours. Fully inspect the test products. PE protective film samples should be placed in a high and low temperature test box with room temperature without packaging, different points and normal working positions. The temperature in the test box is gradually reduced to the set temperature. When the sample reaches a stable temperature, it is left for 2 hours, and then the power is turned on and continues to work for 48 hours.
The PE protective film sample is disconnected from the power supply, the temperature in the box drops to normal temperature and pressure within the normal test range, and the temperature in the box rises to normal temperature and pressure within the normal test atmospheric condition range. Recover for two hours. Fully inspect the test products.
After the test, take the sample to room temperature to restore at least 2H or more. Then check the appearance and function of the sample. The appearance of the product should be non-destructive, functioning normally, no white fog, no degumming, no glue falling, and no wrinkles. In this way, the PE protective film high and low temperature test process should be done according to the above steps.
